Raw Whipped Honey
Raw Whipped Honey and Raw Amber Honey begin as the same honey—the only difference is texture. Raw Whipped Honey is made using a cold process that starts with naturally crystallized raw honey, gently worked to create fine, uniform crystals for a smooth, spreadable consistency. Nothing is added, nothing is removed, and the honey is never pasteurized. Around the world, this style of honey is also known as creamed honey, whipped honey, honey butter, or spun honey.
All raw honey will naturally crystallize over time. To achieve its delicate, velvety texture, the crystallization process is carefully guided by slowly mixing the honey over five days in a cold room. This controlled process shapes the crystals, resulting in a beautifully smooth honey that is easy to spread and full of natural flavor.
