Shipping & Delivery


Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).


U.S. Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery delays or issues are outside of our control.


Food Products & Final Sale Policy


Our food products are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Because of the nature of food items, all food sales are final.


While most of our food products are non-perishable, we are not responsible for changes in quality caused by carrier handling or delays once an order has shipped.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and assist as appropriate.
