Taos Honey Co.
Raw Amber Honey
Raw Amber Honey is poured in small batches at precisely controlled temperatures to preserve its natural enzymes and delicate floral character. It is coarsely strained—never finely filtered—to retain beneficial pollens, vitamins, and minerals that are often lost through high-pressure processing. Patience and gravity are used instead of pumps, ensuring the honey remains as close to the hive as possible.
This fresh, multi-floral honey naturally varies in color and flavor with the seasons. Spring harvests reflect nectars from flowering fruit trees, elms, and junipers, while summer and late-season blooms bring notes from sage, alfalfa, clovers, thistles, and sunflowers. Each jar captures a unique moment in the landscape, offering a beautifully complex and ever-evolving honey experience.
